A dancer turns in mid-jump, her head thrown back, one leg drawn up, and the heavy dress flies behind her in a wide arc. The sculptor captured the one moment in which the movement stands still before the fabric falls again.

Two patinas: polished gold and dark brown
Two patinas face each other: skin, arms and legs are polished to a golden shine, the dress is left dark brown and rough. This change gives the 133 cm figure its depth. It is cast in solid bronze, weighs 29 kg and stands on a heavy square bronze plate.
