This Casa Padrino wall lamp carries a motif you rarely see: a chrome cobra coils in several loops around an upright rod and rears up at the top with a raised hood, right beneath the shade.

The body is finely chased over its whole length, every scale can be made out. On the high gloss chrome the light breaks on this texture and traces the coil, while the smooth rod behind stays calm.

The square wall plate sits at mid height and the rod projects well below it. That gives the lamp its length without building wide: it takes up only 14 cm.

The black fabric shade is included and cut oval. It takes the weight out of the motif and turns the object into a usable lamp: the light falls directed downwards and upwards, nobody is dazzled.
