Two handles shaped as pumas

A cooler for five bottles is no longer a table accessory but the piece an evening is built around. At 43.5 cm wide the Jordan sits on the home bar, the sideboard or in the middle of the table and keeps enough cold that nobody has to walk to the kitchen.

The two handles are worked as pumas stretching over the rim. That is the point at which a vessel becomes an object: a calm bowl from two metres away, a sculpture close up.

Made from stainless steel with brass in a vintage finish. The slightly darkened surface takes marks without looking stained, which on a piece that works with ice and water is not a detail but the reason it still looks good years later.
