This pendant lamp by Casa Padrino follows neither a plane nor a ring, but a cluster. Around thirty glass spheres of differing sizes sit tightly packed on a chromed frame and together form an irregular, almost organic body. No two points of the lamp are alike.

What makes it special is the glass itself. It is smoke-tinted and blown unevenly, with visible dents and bulges in the wall. The bulb inside therefore stays visible but is refracted and mirrored many times over: instead of one harsh filament you see several warm points of light in every sphere.

Switched off, the lamp reads as an object of dark glass that takes in daylight and passes it on within itself. It is exactly this dual character that makes it interesting for rooms where the lamp is as present by day as it is in the evening.
