Ordering from the online shop follows a clear process. All prices include statutory VAT, and shipping costs are shown before you place your order, so you know the total amount in advance.

You can pay by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer, whichever suits you best. After your purchase you receive a proper invoice from Demotex GmbH, the company behind the Casa Padrino brand.

Experiences with delivery and packaging

Casa Padrino delivers within Germany, across Europe and worldwide. Large pieces are securely packed and transported by a freight forwarder, while smaller items such as accessories or lighting are sent by parcel service.

Deliveries by freight forwarder are kerbside delivery. For heavy pieces such as a sofa, a bed or a large chest of drawers, it is therefore wise to arrange some help in good time so the furniture can be carried safely into your home. If something happens in transit

Even with careful packaging, damage can occur on a long journey. This is exactly where customer experiences show how a retailer really works. Our procedure is simple. Check the consignment when it arrives. If you can see any damage, note it directly on the driver's delivery note. Then take photos of the furniture and the packaging and send them to Casa Padrino.

Experiences with quality and craftsmanship

With furniture in baroque, Art déco and classic style, customers pay particular attention to detail: carvings, gilding, fabrics, upholstery and the finish of solid wood. A photo in the online shop shows a lot, but it cannot replace seeing and touching a piece yourself.

Private customers are not the only ones who order from Casa Padrino. We also furnish hotels, restaurants and bars and work with architects and interior designers. Projects like these depend on different things than a single armchair does: reliable arrangements, many pieces that work together, and often bespoke furniture made to fit a particular space.

Your rights as a customer: withdrawal and warranty

Good experiences also rest on clear rules. As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Custom-made pieces produced to your specifications are excluded. Full details are set out on our withdrawal page.

In addition, the statutory warranty applies. In Germany and the EU this is generally two years for consumers. Should a defect appear on a piece of furniture, please get in touch so that we can resolve the matter together.
