Casa Padrino for Architects, Interior Designers and Dealers

Casa Padrino is the furniture brand of Demotex GmbH, based in Essen, Germany, and has been trading since 2007. Alongside private clients, we furnish hotels, restaurants and bars and support designers who are looking for a coherent, high-quality interior for their clients. This page explains how a collaboration works, what information you can expect from us and how best to get in touch.

We believe in a straightforward way of working: verifiable company details, written answers to technical questions and an approach tailored to each project. Terms and procedures are discussed personally, because no two projects are alike.

One point of contact for your project

Project work does not suit an anonymous checkout. What you need is a partner who answers questions quickly and reliably. At Casa Padrino you speak directly with our team in Essen. Tell us about the space, its use, the style and your timeline, and we will suggest suitable pieces from our range or develop a bespoke solution with you.

Many designers work with us in stages: first a selection of ideas for the mood board and client presentation, then exact dimensions and finishes for the detailed design, and finally the order and the coordination of delivery. This keeps you and your client informed at every step and makes it easy to incorporate changes early.

Collaboration is open to architectural practices and freelance interior designers alike, as well as furnishing consultants, developers and dealers. What matters is not the size of your studio but that, together, we achieve the right result for the room.

A range built for demanding interiors

The Casa Padrino range covers luxury furniture in baroque, Art déco and classic style, complemented by lighting and chandeliers, mirrors, accessories, garden furniture and sculptures. For designers this has a practical benefit: seating, tables, mirrors, lighting and decorative pieces can be sourced from one supplier in a shared design language.

Whether it is a grand reception area, a dining hall, a private library or a terrace, we help you find pieces that work together in proportion, colour and material. If you are torn between several finishes, we provide comparison details so the decision is easier for you and your client.

A good way to explore the style is our overview of baroque furniture, which shows the breadth of sofas, armchairs, chairs, chests of drawers and mirrors available.

Bespoke furniture to your specification

Not every space can be solved with standard sizes. An alcove, an unusual ceiling height or a fixed colour scheme often calls for a piece made for that exact spot. Casa Padrino produces bespoke furniture on request. You send us dimensions, sketches or references, and we agree the construction, finishes and upholstery with you.

The more precise the brief, the more reliable the result. That is why we ask questions before production begins and confirm the agreed specification in writing. Please note that custom-made pieces are produced to individual requirements and are therefore excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to consumers. Careful coordination beforehand is all the more important.

We describe the process step by step on our page about the bespoke furniture process.

Project furnishing for hotels, restaurants and bars

Commercial interiors have their own demands: many guests, clear circulation and an atmosphere people remember. Casa Padrino handles the complete furnishing of private homes as well as hotels, restaurants and bars. For designers this means guest rooms, lobby, restaurant and bar can be furnished in one consistent style.

For larger quantities we agree finishes, numbers and the order of deliveries with you, so that the furniture fits the site and the construction schedule. Out of respect for their privacy, we do not name individual clients. You can read more about our work for hospitality and commercial projects on the page Casa Padrino for hotels and commercial projects.

Samples, dimensions and technical details on request

In planning, the details count: exact dimensions, seat heights, weights for structural checks, finish colours and the feel of the fabrics. On request we send additional photographs, close-up shots, precise measurements and, where possible, fabric or material samples, so that you can present your client with a well-founded selection.

The quickest route is to send us the item numbers from the shop together with a note of the information you need. The product photos in our shop are a useful first reference for presentations, and we are happy to advise personally on a particular colour or finish.

Working with dealers

Dealers and furnishing stores who would like to offer their customers furniture in baroque, Art déco or classic style are also welcome to contact us. What a partnership looks like depends on the range, the market and the volumes involved. For that reason we do not publish general terms here; we discuss them individually.

Send us a short message saying who you are, which country you operate in and which product groups interest you, and we will come back to you with the next steps. Please understand that we review each enquiry individually.

Delivery, packaging and handling

Casa Padrino delivers within Germany, across Europe and worldwide. Large furniture is securely packed and shipped by freight forwarder, smaller items by parcel service. Delivery is kerbside delivery. For projects, we agree with you the delivery address and who will receive the goods on site.

Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery note on receipt and sent to us with photos. We then handle the claim with the forwarder and arrange repair, replacement or refund. Payment is by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer, and you receive a proper invoice from Demotex GmbH. More about cross-border shipping is on our page on international delivery.
