Casa Padrino hotel furniture: furnishing hotels, restaurants and contract projects

Casa Padrino is the furniture brand of Demotex GmbH, based in Essen, Germany. Since 2007 we have designed and supplied luxury furniture in baroque, Art déco and classic styles, together with lighting, mirrors, accessories, garden furniture and sculptures. Alongside private homes, we carry out complete furnishing projects for hotels, restaurants and bars, often in close collaboration with architects and interior designers.

We deliberately do not name properties or clients here. Many operators value discretion, and a project belongs first of all to the person who commissioned it. Instead, we describe openly what we do, how we work and how you can judge whether we are the right partner for your venue.

What kind of venues Casa Padrino furnishes

Our furniture can be found in hotels of very different sizes, from boutique hotels with a handful of rooms to larger houses with several floors, suites and event spaces. Then there are restaurants, bars, lounges and cafés. In all of them the interior follows a clear concept and has to work in daily operation.

Typical areas of a project are the lobby with its reception and seating, the guest rooms and suites, the restaurant with tables, chairs and banquettes, the bar with stools and armchairs, and terraces or gardens. Our range covers each of these areas, and many collections are designed so that rooms, corridors and public spaces can share one consistent design language.

The range for hotels and hospitality

Casa Padrino is best known for baroque furniture: carved armchairs, opulent sofas, gilded mirrors, chests of drawers with curved fronts and beds with tall headboards. Our page on baroque furniture gives an overview of this world. We also offer Art déco and classic pieces, which suit houses looking for a calmer, timeless elegance.

For a hotel room this means bed, bedside tables, desk, armchair, mirror, lighting and matching accessories from a single source. Restaurants and bars add dining chairs, tables, bar stools, sofas and chandeliers, while outdoor areas call for garden furniture and sculptures. The result is a coherent look from one supplier.

Bespoke furniture for hotels and restaurants

No two venues are alike. Alcoves have unusual dimensions, a restaurant banquette needs to run along one exact wall, a reception desk has to match the architecture of the lobby. That is why we also make furniture to measure: in adjusted dimensions, with selected upholstery fabrics and finishes, or as an entirely individual piece built to your specifications.

What matters is careful agreement before production starts. Dimensions, colours, materials and quantities are confirmed in writing, so that what arrives is exactly what was planned. You will find a step-by-step description on our page about the bespoke furniture process. Please note that made-to-measure pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal, because they are produced specifically for you.

How a hotel project with Casa Padrino works

Every project starts with a conversation. You tell us about the property, which areas are to be furnished, the style you have in mind and the planned timeframe. Floor plans, photos or your architect's drawings help us form an accurate picture.

Next, we put together a selection of suitable pieces and work out where standard items are enough and where a bespoke solution makes sense. This becomes a quotation listing items, quantities and prices. Once you approve it, production or the assembly of the order begins, and we agree with you when and where the goods will be delivered. Larger projects are often supplied in stages.

If you would like to see pieces beforehand, you are welcome to visit us in Essen. At Hammer Str. 64 you can look at selected furniture, handle materials and fabrics and discuss your plans in person, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. Working with architects and interior designers

In many projects the design is in the hands of an architecture practice or an interior designer. In those cases we see ourselves as the delivering partner: we work to the planner's brief, supply dimensions and details of individual pieces, suggest alternatives when a model does not fit, and produce bespoke items from drawings.

How we work with architects, interior designers and dealers is described on our page Casa Padrino for architects and dealers.

Quotation, invoice and payment

Commercial clients need clear paperwork. You receive a written quotation with all items and, later, a proper invoice from Demotex GmbH showing VAT. Our VAT identification number is DE279640593, and the company is registered at the Essen local court (Amtsgericht Essen) under HRB 24428. All details are in our legal disclosure.

You can pay by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer. Prices in the shop include statutory VAT, and shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods, as explained on our withdrawal page, with custom-made pieces excluded.

Delivery to your venue, in Germany and worldwide

We deliver within Germany, across Europe and worldwide. Large furniture travels securely packed with a freight forwarder, smaller items by parcel service. Delivery is kerbside. For a commercial project this means planning how the goods get from the lorry into the rooms, for instance with your own staff or your fitting contractor. Our page on international delivery explains how shipments to other countries are organised.

Please note any visible damage directly on the delivery note, take photos and send them to us. We handle the claim with the forwarder and arrange repair, replacement or refund. The statutory warranty applies in addition.

How to recognise a reliable contract partner

A hotel project ties up a lot of capital, so the supplier should be verifiable. With Casa Padrino you can check this yourself: Demotex GmbH is entered in the commercial register, has a permanent address in Essen and a managing director who stands behind the brand with his own name, Marvin Schertl. You can read a portrait of him on the page Marvin Schertl, master of timeless opulence (in German).

The experience of other customers helps too. On our Google Business Profile Casa Padrino holds 4.9 out of 5 stars from 364 reviews (as of October 2026). On eBay, where Demotex GmbH runs its own seller account, there are 1,634 ratings, 98.9 % of them positive (as of October 2026). Casa Padrino has been a FairCommerce member since 11 August 2019, and in 2025 Marvin Schertl received the Excellence in Luxury Interior Design award at the Festival de Cannes, Pavillon Royal. On TrustDeluxe, a review platform for luxury brands, customers can read reviews of Casa Padrino and leave their own after a purchase. All the facts on trustworthiness are gathered on our page Is Casa Padrino legit?.
